Message	I purchase a set of Sport 550 turbos from a TTnet member that calls himself RICH (Kansas City). I paid the guy almost 4 weeks ago via PayPal and still no tubos nor any replies from this guy. PayPal has been no help and claims they cannot do anything for me. They did tell me to contact the local authorities, but if anyone can give me advise on what else I can do...please do so. Thanks!
